Perla Shop allows size exchanges in case the product does not fit, or exchanges for other objective reasons evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the staff. All products are checked in detail by 3 people before packaging.
DEADLINE:
Exchanges are possible within 24 hours of the customer receiving the order (or within 3 days of the order being shipped by us).
For Kosovo and Macedonia, exchanges are NOT possible.
For bikinis and accessories, exchanges are NOT possible.
For products on sale, exchanges are NOT possible.
Seasonal discounts do not apply to exchanges.
The product chosen for exchange must be at least the value of the initial order.
Products that were not in stock at the time the order was placed are not available for exchange.
Second exchanges are not possible. For a single order, the customer can perform only one exchange.
Costs: 300 ALL for Tirana and 600 ALL for other cities.
